Cultural Project managers design cultural or artistic initiatives. They anticipate the means necessary to carry out a project and lead the management process. They monitor the administrative, budgetary and legal aspects of cultural projects. They plan marketing and communication strategies to attract the largest possible audience. They coordinate all aspects of the project and are responsible for follow-up and evaluation after the fact.

Cultural Project managers are responsible for designing, carrying out and/or piloting cultural activities to establish a link between cultural works or productions and the public.
